Arizona’s most populous county has released the results of their 2020 election audit!
Maricopa County, completed their 2020 election audit last week. The audit, which included a recount, found a vote discrepancy of only 994 votes in the presidential race. Democrats hail the results, claiming it proves there was no voter fraud.
However, the audit also revealed:
- 23,344 mail-in ballots were received from voters’ previous addresses.
- 9,041 more mail-in ballots were returned by voters than were sent out.
- 5,047 Maricopa County voters (with the same first, middle, last name, and birth year) voted in multiple counties, casting 10,342 votes (5,295 duplicate votes).
- 3,432 more ballots were cast than the total number of people who voted.
- 2,592 more duplicate ballots than original ballots sent to duplication. (Duplication is a process by which damaged or improperly marked ballots are replaced with a new ballot to ensure the voter’s intent is preserved. The number of original ballots and duplicate ballots should be the same, however, 26,965 original ballots were sent to duplication but 29,557 duplicates were created resulting in 2,432 more duplicates that originals.)
- 2,382 in-person votes cast by voters who had moved out of Maricopa County.
- 2,081 in-person votes cast by voters who had moved out of state.
- When the return envelopes of mail in ballots were examined, 17,322 duplicates were found, indicating some voters cast the same ballot three to four times.
- Over 25 percent of the duplicate ballots were received between Nov. 4 and Nov. 9, 2020 (six days after the November 3, 2020).
So what does this mean?
While the recount resulted in very little difference in the vote tally, there were tens of thousands of votes that were found that were likely fraudulent or duplicates, and should not have been counted.
